The Operations Coordinator must be a highly motivated individual who is eager and ready to accept additional responsibilities when needed. This person should demonstrate exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities include, but not limited to:Process invoices for Housekeeping and EngineeringChampion Alice system, our guest request programCoordinate projectsLog and follow up on guest requestsSupport reservations teamTo be successful in this position, we're looking for an amazing people connector, who thrives on creating experiences and multi-tasking. This role requires skills such as patience, empathy, efficiency and a desire to work in, and provide, a clean environment.RequirementsRefined verbal and written communication skillsFluency in both English and Spanish is requiredAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time throughout the property, including back-of-house and outdoor areasAbility to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionallyAbility to bend, kneel, reach, push, and pull as needed to support operational tasksAbility to climb stairs and access various levels of the propertyAbility to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of timeManual dexterity to operate office equipment, computers, and handheld devicesAbility to visually review documents, computer screens, and work orders with attention to detailAbility to respond quickly to operational needs in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settingsAbility to tolerate moderate noise levels typical of hotel operationThe Noble House Hotels & Resorts philosophy emphasizes "location, distinction and soul."
