Patient Services Specialist

Patient Services Specialist Will handle most clerical duties associated with a medical clinic. The position is divided into front‑office stations, and each employee is expected to assist co‑workers in performing all patient services duties at any time. All hired personnel will learn and perform all duties of all stations. Responsibilities Perform clerical duties at the assigned front‑office station. Assist co‑workers in all patient services tasks as needed. Learn and execute duties of all front‑office stations. Maintain accuracy and efficiency in time‑sensitive tasks. Complete additional duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. Experience in the healthcare field preferred; excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills in English; a second language is an asset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and exercise independent judgment. Demonstrated critical thinking, planning, and organizational skills. Work Hours and Location Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Location: 4724 N Davis Hwy Ste 100, Pensacola, FL 32503.
