Forklift Operator – Shipping & Receiving (Levels I, II, III)

Responsibilities:
Operate a reach truck or dock stocker forklift safely and efficiently.
Handle and transport heavy items while maintaining workplace safety.
Unpack and verify goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of received merchandise.
Inspect, organize, and distribute materials across inventory and manufacturing lines.
Prepare kitting packages with accuracy and efficiency.
Perform put-away functions for received goods.
Adhere to CPD labeling requirements as per customer specifications.
Requirements:
Valid forklift certification (reach truck or dock stocker required).
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to lift, push, or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
Comfortable standing for extended periods.
Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration skills.
Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
High school diploma or GED required.
Schedule & Compensation:
Pay Rate: $16.50 - $18.50 per hour + $2/hour shift differential for second shift.
Shift Options:
AM Shift: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM | Monday – Friday
PM Shift: 4:15 PM – 12:45 AM | Monday – Friday
Bonus Pay available for weekend shifts!
