Job Description

To implement a program of activities that promotes the social-emotional, cognitive and physical development of each child enrolled in a group in accordance with NJ Preschool Teaching & Learning Standards; leading to mastery of Kindergarten Readiness Skills.

Curriculum utilized is Tools of the Mind. Tools of the Mind is a research-based early childhood program that embeds development of executive functions and self-regulation into the design of all teaching and learning, leveraging make-believe play and a classroom culture of co-regulation & peer scaffolding to build the foundational skills children need to be successful in school and life.

Qualifications/Experience:

P3 CE, CEAS, or Standard Certified

• Enthusiastic leader with positive attitude
• Knowledge of Child growth and development
• Exceptional Oral and written Communication skills
• Effective organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
• Must have experience with and a desire to work with a diverse population of students, parents, and teachers
