Evaluate results meticulously for accuracy, troubleshoot discrepancies, and carry out preventative maintenance and adjustments on laboratory instruments.

Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples meticulously for testing when necessary.

Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, provide training for new staff members or students, and uphold stringent lab quality standards.

Ensure a clean, safe workspace while complying with regulatory and accreditation mandates.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, along with eligibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Achieve ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.

Maintain current certification throughout your tenure.
