Qualifications & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Active SLP License
• ND SLP Certification
• Previous experience working in school settings is strongly preferred
• Strong case management skills and ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver vital speech-language services to students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide both direct and consultative services to meet student goals
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Case manage a diverse caseload, keeping thorough records and reports up to date
• Communicate regularly with families, teachers, and school administrators to ensure cohesive and effective service delivery
