Job Title: Aviation Gear Technician

We are seeking a Jr Mechanic / Mechanical Assembler for a temp-to-perm Aviation Gear Technician opportunity in Titusville, FL. This role is ideal for mechanically inclined candidates with experience in:
- aviation maintenance
- automotive repair
- marine maintenance
- precision mechanical assembly
- hydraulics or pneumatics.

Pay rate : $18 per hour.

Job type : Temp-to-perm opportunity. Upon conversion to permanent employment, there is a fast-track opportunity to Gear Technician II, with potential for a raise based on performance.

Location : Titusville, FL 32780.

In this position, you will service aircraft landing gear components at the component and depot level through inspection, troubleshooting, testing, and parts replacement. The work requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to follow aviation repair manuals and technical documentation.
