Required Qualifications

Registered Nurse, LD Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS-AHA(Copy needed)

BLS-AHA(Copy needed)

NRP(Copy needed)

CERT-FHM(Copy needed)

CERT-STABLE(Copy needed) SSN Required DOB Required References: 1 Reference in entire work history AM will send required Sagewest form to be signed and returned from the HP in order for file to be sent. Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: ACLS(Copy needed)

NRP(Copy needed)

CERT-FHM(Copy needed) STABLE Must have 2 years recent RN Level 1 Nursery, Postpartum, OB/GYN & L&D/LDRP experience This can include taking care of OB/GYN patients (post-op hysterectomy), Antepartum care, Triage care, Labor and Delivery care, and Postpartum Candidate may be required to float to another unit depending on facility census. This will only be as helping hands or as sitter
