Pay Rate :$20-$26

Job Description : We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision parts according to specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to production schedules and specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure consistent quality and adherence to standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning on machines and tools.
• Inspect finished products for accuracy, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Make necessary adjustments to machines to maintain production quality and minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Maintain records of materials, machine settings, and production data.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a CNC Machine Operator or similar role in manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
• Strong understanding of CNC machine operation and safety protocols.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree is a plus.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift as required.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions with hands and arms.
