Registered Nurse (RN) - Ambulatory Care

Registered Nurse – OncologyFlexible scheduling with no weekend or on-call requirements. One pre-approved time off request allowed per contract. Maximum return-to-office (RTO) total of two weeks, with no RTO within the first two weeks of assignment.Orientation period of 80 hours.Active California RN license required at the time of submission.Minimum of 3 years registered nursing experience, with at least 1 year in oncology.EPIC charting experience required.Two supervisory references from within the past year required at the time of submission.Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS.Oncology certifications: ONS/ONCC required; OCN preferred.Key clinical skills: oncology care/chemo administration, IV infusions, venipuncture/phlebotomy, basic/12-lead EKG, triage, medication reconciliation, patient teaching, and CPR.Provide direct patient care and support to oncology patients across all age groups.Administer chemotherapy and manage IV infusions.Conduct patient assessments and triage according to established protocols.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and medication administration.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and outcomes.Flu vaccine is required with no exemptions or declinations accepted.
