Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked in the financial services industry, bringing a customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to the business. Our schedule reflects that, with a 9:00 AM-4:30 PM workday, shorter hours on Fridays, and an overall ~35-hour workweek. Role Description: Join our State Farm Agents office as a customer-focused professional who enjoys both sales and service. This is a sales-driven role with the added benefit of working with clients we assign you to service, so you’ll build relationships and deliver coverage guidance every day.
