responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on in vitro immunology assays, including T-cell proliferation, cytokine release, and dendritic cell co-cultures.
• Perform primary human immune cell culture and multi-color flow cytometry panel design and analysis (minimum 8-color panels).
• Handle primary human immune cell samples (PBMCs) and perform complex sample preparation.
• Accurately document experimental data, results, and procedures following standard lab protocols.
• Troubleshoot technical assay challenges and collaborate effectively with cross-functional scientific teams.

 
qualifications:
Required:

• Bachelor's degree in immunology, cell biology, or related field with 5+ years of experience OR Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with multi-color flow cytometry (minimum 8 colors).
• Direct experience handling human primary immune cells (e.g., PBMCs).
• Proven experience executing T-cell proliferation assays.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and troubleshooting skills in a laboratory setting.

Preferred:

• Biotech or pharma industry experience.
• Hands-on experience with cytokine release and dendritic cell co-culture assays.
