Elementary Classroom Teacher
The Hickman Mills C-1 School District is now accepting applications for elementary classroom teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. The Hickman Mills C-1 School District has six elementary sites that serve students in kindergarten through fifth grade. Starting salary for teachers with a bachelor's degree is $46,500.00. The Hickman Mills School District honors all years of full-time, certified teaching that is verified for placement on the salary schedule up to steps available on the schedule. The district prides itself on serving a diverse and historic community on the south side of Kansas City, Mo. The district provides all the benefits and resources found in larger urban/suburban settings, but with a small community feel within the staff and Hickman Mills Community.
