Responsibilities Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions in both Arabic and English. Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model responses. Document every failure mode, capture reproducible error traces, and suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics. Challenge advanced language models on subjects such as differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, pathophysiological mechanisms, clinical trial design, public health interventions, and diagnostic imaging interpretation. Qualifications Background in medicine, healthcare, or biomedical sciences is required (clinical experience, academic research, health communication, medical translation, or public health engagement). Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English. Comfortable with topics across medicine: internal medicine, pharmacology, pathology, clinical diagnostics, medical ethics, human physiology, epidemiology, immunology, evidence-based medicine. Clear, metacognitive communication—explicitly articulating reasoning and decision processes (“showing your work”). Compensation and Benefits Pay range: $6 to $65 per hour, determined after evaluating experience, expertise, and geographic location. Rate may vary within the listed range. As a contractor, you’ll supply a secure computer and high-speed internet; company-sponsored benefits such as health insurance and PTO do not apply.
