General Manager/General Sales Manager

This is your opportunity to lead a team of sharp & dedicated Employees. Previous Dealership managers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate enjoys networking and getting to know customer needs daily as well as employees. You will mentor your Department Managers and Consultants, help them grow their book of business and coach them.

We are looking for an experienced candidate with a proven track record in the automotive industry, an impeccable reputation and a commitment to customer service at the highest level.

Responsibilities



  • Be a leader & provide focus for your team



  • Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help to enhance the sales process




  • Build rapport with customers and employees to establish customer network



  • Provide training and support to the management staff 



  • Help manage productivity of the store



  • Facilitate regular training for continued team growth


 

Qualifications



  • Dealership management experience



  • Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday




  • Clean driving record


  • Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
