Personal Lines Underwriter

Nationwide is seeking an experienced leader to manage a Personal Lines underwriting team in a fully remote role. You will drive underwriting quality, coach associates, and partner with product, pricing and tech teams to implement improvements. Strong people leadership, risk judgment and a history of delivering profitable growth are essential. You will oversee workflow, adherence to SLAs, and escalation handling, while planning budgets and directing development initiatives across the unit. #J-18808-Ljbffr
