**Job Overview:**Are you looking to gain experience in the hospitality industry? The Tap. is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Barback. As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Servers and Bartenders by clearing and resetting tables, as well as assisting with bar dishes. This position is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.**Responsibilities:**- Clearing and resetting tables in a timely manner- Assisting Servers and Bartenders with refilling drinks and delivering food orders- Restocking bar supplies and glassware- Cleaning and organizing bar areas- Assisting with bar dishes and maintaining a clean work environment**Requirements:**- Must be at least 18 years old- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is a plus- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- Strong communication and teamwork skills- Must be able to lift and carry heavy trays and equipment- Availability to work evenings and weekends
