We are currently seeking applicants for a Mortgage Post Closing Administrative Assistant. This position is located in Hodgenville, KY. Qualified Candidates' Expectations:

• Complete and mail post-closing, quality control, verifications of employment as requested by Compliance Officer
• Receive and track and send original notes to investors when listed on loan sale.
• Answer phones and assist callers with questions.
• Complete APR checks when requested on TPO client files.
• Assist coworkers with customer service needs when necessary.
• Separate incoming mail and open the insurance mail and scan to Mortgage Servicing Department
• Retrieve Good-Bye and Insurance Transfer Letters and mail on behalf of Mortgage Servicing Department
• Other projects/duties as assigned by supervisor.

Required Education, Experience & Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of banking experience, including loan processing or loan operations and customer service, strongly desired

Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Bank's secondary market policies and procedures
• Other bank policies and procedures as they apply to the secondary market lending function.
• Loan platforms utilized by the secondary market department.
• Federal regulations concerning secondary market mortgage lending.
• Investors' guidelines
• Work well independently as well as within a team environment.
• Work well under pressure to consistently meet stated deadlines.
• Organize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Quickly adapt to new procedures and processes as loan regulations change.

• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, with co-workers and individuals that conduct business with the Bank.

Hours:

• Primarily, Monday -Friday, 8:00-4:30
• Possible overtime & weekends
