We are seeking a Principal / Senior Data Scientist to lead enterprise AI and advanced analytics initiatives within a high-impact, global environment.

This role sits at the intersection of modern machine learning engineering, Generative AI, and enterprise-scale analytics . You will design production-grade ML systems, contribute to LLM-powered applications, and partner with business leaders to translate complex questions into data-driven insights.

???? What You’ll Do

AI & Machine Learning Engineering

• Design and deploy scalable ML pipelines using Python and cloud-based platforms (Azure, Databricks, or equivalent)
• Productionize predictive and prescriptive models
• Establish monitoring, validation, and MLOps best practices

Generative AI & Advanced Modeling

• Develop and operationalize LLM-powered applications
• Implement prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
• Define evaluation metrics for model accuracy, performance, and business impact
• Translate complex business problems into structured analytical strategies
• Partner with cross-functional teams across technology, product, and business
• Drive data governance, model validation, and quality standards
• Present executive-ready insights and recommendations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship as needed

???? What We’re Looking For

✔ 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics

✔ Strong Python expertise and hands‑on ML deployment experience

✔ Experience with cloud ML platforms (Azure ML, Databricks, Synapse, or similar)

✔ Experience with Generative AI or LLM‑based applications

✔ Strong statistical foundation and ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions

✔ Experience operating in enterprise or regulated environments

Preferred

• Power BI or enterprise BI tools
• MLflow or model tracking tools
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives
