Other duties include assist with processing returns and exchanges, coordinate tasks to ensure deadlines are met, gain knowledge of company offerings to better serve clients, follow safety procedures and company policies, manage daily responsibilities with a focus on quality and efficiency, along with maintain accurate records and documentation, respond promptly to inquiries and resolve basic issues, support the preparation and delivery of goods or services, work collaboratively across teams and departments.
