Qualifications/Skills:

• Current, unencumbered RN license
• Minimum recent operating room nursing experience
• Strongly preferred: experience in vascular procedures, plastics/reconstructive cases (DIEP Flaps and microsurgery), robotics (bariatric, GYN, general, colorectal), and orthopedics (total joints)
• Excellent teamwork, adaptability, and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs to deliver safe, effective patient care in the OR
• Scrub and circulate on a variety of cases, including advanced and specialized procedures

• Document assessments, interventions, and patient outcomes during surgeries
