Restoration Technician

The Role Role Title: Restoration Technician Status: Full-Time, Field Role You support restoration projects across mitigation, remediation, and rebuild phases. You work alongside Lead Technicians and Project Managers to execute jobs safely, cleanly, and according to established systems. What Success Looks Like You are successful in this role when: Jobsites are protected, organized, and safe Equipment is set up and broken down correctly Containment is installed cleanly and professionally Demo, cleanup, and rebuild support are completed without rework Documentation is accurate and consistent Leads and PMs can rely on you without constant oversight This role rewards consistency, attention to detail, and follow-through.
