Qualifications: 4-10 years of experience designing or building AI-enabled systems Hands-on work with LLM-based applications, RAG approaches, and vector databases Experience with agent-based workflows and Python AI ecosystems (e.g., modern orchestration frameworks) Proven ability to design modular, flexible architectures rather than monolithic solutions Strong analytical thinking and ability to propose practical, efficient solutions Comfortable collaborating across distributed teams and time zones Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining high quality Strong technical credibility with confidence to advise and challenge engineering teams We offer: Rate: 170 - 190 PLN /h + VAT Subsidy for peripherals in the amount of 500,00zł Working tool (MacBook Pro or Lenovo Legion 5) Co-financing of courses related to the position Marek Janiga HR Specialist My name is Marek and I’m a Recruitment Team Leader at Chabre IT Services.
