Personal Care Aide

A Plus Health Care - - Responsibilities: Travel to clients' homes to assist with daily living activities (meal preparation, exercise, transferring, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, shopping, socialization); Support clients to remain happy, healthy, and independent in their homes; Follow individualized care plans and report changes to supervisors; Maintain safety and provide compassionate in-home care; Assist with transportation and mobility as needed
