Mammography Lead Technologist Days

Scope In collaboration with leadership, responsible for the oversight of quality control duties for maintaining compliance with various regulatory agencies. Assumes a leadership role in the department under direction of supervisor/manager. Assists with staff scheduling with leadership being responsible for the accuracy of the schedule overall. Oversee day‑to‑day floor operations within Breast Care Services. Monitors customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction results, looking for trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Monitors and tracks education requirements for regulatory compliance, as assigned. May lead special projects assigned by leadership. Full Time – Days Location: Care Center Southgate – 15777 Northline Rd, Southgate Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field (required) Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in healthcare or related field (preferred) Vocational/Technical Graduate of Joint Review Committee on Education in Radiologic Technology (JRCERT) Accredited Radiography program (required) Three years of relevant clinical experience at staff mammography technologist level (required) CRT‑Radiographer (R) – ARRT required upon hire CRT‑Mammography (M) – ARRT required upon hire CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Heart Association (preferred) CRT‑Basic Life Support (BLS) – American Red Cross (preferred) BLS required from American Heart Association or Red Cross upon hire Corewell Health Benefits Comprehensive benefits package to meet your financial, health, and work/life balance goals.
