Activities Director
Jobtailor
Plan and lead exciting daily activities, games, crafts, outings, and special events. Organize holiday celebrations, entertainment, and community events. Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families. Coordinate volunteers and community partnerships. Develop monthly activity calendars that everyone looks forward to. Ensure activities meet state and federal regulations while keeping the fun alive. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Preferable one-year experience in a long-term care facility. Ability to read technical procedures. Ability to read and comprehend policy and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations. Ability to solve practical problems. Activity Director certification. #J-18808-Ljbffr
