Shift: Day 3x12-Hour (06:15 18:45)

Hours/Week: 36 hours/week

Employment Type: Per diem / Contract (as applicable)

License/Certifications: Active RN license, ACLS & BLS certifications

Experience: 2+ years circulating in OR, trauma experience preferred

Pay rate: $61.64/hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide perioperative nursing care for surgical patients in a Level II Trauma Center
• Circulate during a variety of surgeries including ortho, cardio-thoracic, ENT, GYN, plastics, vascular, ophthalmology, general surgery, trauma, urology, neurosurgery, and robotic procedures
• Assist with emergency and add-on procedures, maintaining a safe and sterile OR environment
• Collaborate with surgical teams and anesthesia to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Respond promptly and independently during off-hours with a 30-minute call response time
• Follow hospital policies and adhere to AORN standards and infection control protocols

What You Need:

Required:

• RN license in good standing for State of Practice
• ACLS & BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years circulating in a multi-specialty OR setting
• Experience working in trauma or Level II trauma centers preferred

Preferred:

• Trauma Level II experience
• Epic experience
• Charge nurse or leadership experience
