Production Associate (Assembly) - 1st Shift

Location: Lexington, KY Pay: $15.25 per hour Schedule: MondayFriday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM

What You'll Do

Assemble metal components using hand and power tools
Follow basic blueprints and work instructions
Inspect products to ensure quality standards
Maintain a clean and safe workspace
Work with a team to meet daily production goals

What We're Looking For

Experience using hand tools is a plus
Ability to read and write in English
Ability to read a tape measure
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and safety-focused
Able to follow instructions and stay on task

Physical Requirements

Stand for extended periods
Lift up to 50 lbs
Perform repetitive tasks
