Graphic Designer / Production Editor

Full-Time | Remote Role Overview We’re looking for a highly efficient Production Designer / Creative Production Specialist to support high-volume creative output across site, email, and paid channels . This role is execution-heavy and detail-driven, focused on adapting, resizing, and preparing assets at scale while maintaining strict brand accuracy. You’ll work from clear briefs and existing creative direction to deliver fast, reliable, and handoff-ready production files across multiple formats and platforms. Core Scope & Responsibilities Retouch on- and off-figure imagery , including color and pattern swaps Execute high-volume asset adaptations for site, email, social, and paid media Build email mechanicals from provided briefs and layouts Resize and reformat assets across multiple placements and specs Prepare clean, organized, handoff-ready production files Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all outputs Partner with Creative, Marketing, and Growth teams to meet tight deadlines What Good Looks Like Fast, accurate execution with strong attention to detail Ability to manage repetitive, high-volume production work without quality loss Consistently brand-accurate outputs at scale Clear file organization and naming conventions Minimal rework required after review Requirements Strong command of Adobe Photoshop (retouching, color/pattern swaps, production workflows) Solid working knowledge of Figma for layout updates and asset exports Experience supporting email, web, and paid media production Comfort working in high-volume, deadline-driven environments Excellent attention to detail and process discipline Nice to Have Experience with eCommerce or performance marketing teams Familiarity with ESPs and email production best practices Understanding of asset specs for Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid platforms #J-18808-Ljbffr
