Currently we're looking for a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist to join our amazing community home care team, to coordinate physical therapy visits to clients in their home in the Rochester area.

Comfort Health has high healthcare standards, and we are looking for someone to perform the following:

• Development and implementation of a physical therapy program that focuses on rehabilitation
• Working directly with clients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluating effects of therapy treatment and communicate clients' progress
• Record and document client services
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve well-rounded care

Keeping up with Comfort Health's high healthcare standards, the Physical Therapist will also ensure the home care services are in compliance with current regulations and standards, and must be able to relate professionally with clients, staff and family members.

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS:

• Current Minnesota licensure
• New Grads encouraged to apply

LOCATION:

• Rochester, MN area.

SCHEDULE:

• Full-Time
• Monday to Friday
