This position offers a performance-based pay structure where your earnings are directly tied to the number of stops you make and miles you drive. In Rochester, drivers can earn a minimum of $250 per day , and with a standard 5-day work week, this can amount to $1,300 per week . Pay will vary depending on the route, giving you the opportunity to earn more based on your work efficiency. Driver Programs Safety Bi-Annual Gift Recognition Hall of Fame Rewards Program Employee Loyalty Program Employee Referral Program Responsibilities and Essential Functions: Prepares, receives, and provides appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods to ensure timely service Maintains DOT travel logs according to federal and state regulations such as a pre- and post-trip safety report, 7 day/60 hour log, fuel trip logs and fuel cards Operates tractor trailer/flatbed truck to deliver/pick up cargo Responsible for vehicle presentation Maintain professional appearance: wearing assigned uniform Other duties as assigned by your manager Required Credentials: 1+ years verifiable tractor/trailer experience is preferred but willing to train the right candidate.
