Agentforce Developer (Salesforce AI & Automation)

Location: Durham, NC - ONSITE POSITION

Duration: 6 months

Design and develop AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce

Build and customize Salesforce applications using Apex and LWC

Implement automation workflows and decision-based logic

Integrate Salesforce with external systems and APIs

Ensure data security, governance, and compliance

Test and optimize AI agent performance

Collaborate with stakeholders to define business use cases

Maintain documentation and support deployments

Monitor agent behavior and performance metrics

Continuously improve AI-driven solutions

Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents for business use cases

Build autonomous workflows using Agent Builder, Flows, and Einstein AI

Define agent goals, decision paths, guardrails, and escalation logic

Implement prompt engineering techniques for accurate AI responses

Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Flows

Integrate Agentforce with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps

Develop APIs and integrations using REST and SOAP services

Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data privacy, and governance standards

Implement role-based access control and permission models

Monitor agent performance using Salesforce analytics and logs

Test agent workflows, responses, and reasoning paths

Optimize prompts and automation based on feedback and usage

Troubleshoot issues such as incorrect outputs, latency, or failures

Collaborate with architects, admins, and business teams

Document configurations, workflows, and technical designs

Strong experience in Salesforce development (Sales/Service Cloud)

Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Flows

Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs

Hands-on experience with Agentforce or Einstein AI

Knowledge of AI agents, conversational AI, and automation workflows

Experience with prompt engineering and AI response design

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Understanding of data security, governance, and AI ethics

Experience with monitoring, logging, and performance tuning

Good communication and stakeholder management skills
