Overview:
We are seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager who is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the operational performance of multiple properties within a designated region and ensures that all properties meet organizational standards for efficiency, compliance, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. The manager serves as a key liaison between property teams and senior leadership, driving strategic initiatives and fostering a culture of excellence spanning six states. This role will oversee employees, drive operational excellence and ensure high-quality resident experiences across all properties.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage operations across a multi-state portfolio.
• Supervise and support regional and property-level teams.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance performance and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, rent collection, and maintenance efficiency.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions and address operational challenges.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and service excellence.
• Develop and manage regional budgets, ensuring cost-effective operations.
• Analyze financial reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with property managers to implement strategies for revenue growth and expense control.
• Ensure all properties comply with local, state, and federal regulations, including fair housing laws.
• Oversee safety protocols and emergency preparedness plans for all properties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-5 years in property management, with at least 2 years in a regional or multi-site leadership role.
• Proven leadership experience in property management or operations.
• Strong background in managing large teams and multi-site operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and strategic planning skills.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate within 45 miles of Navasota, TX.

Navasota, TX 77868 (Preferred).

Ability to Relocate:

• Navasota, TX 77868: Relocate before starting work (Preferred).
• Willingness to travel across the portfolio as needed 25% (Preferred).
