Deposit Specialist

Financial Federal Bank is a locally owned and operated bank, non-cash bank specializing in high quality customer service and customized banking solutions. We are seeking Deposit Specialist candidates who will be responsible for building and maintaining meaningful customer relationships with commitment to excellence. Deposit Specialist Responsibilities Serve as primary contact for new and existing accounts Provide high level support for client service maintenance Open and service client accounts in a timely and professional manner Work with loan officers and treasury team to service their clients Set up online banking services Perform teller duties which include making deposits (non-cash), loan payments, and issuing official checks Answer phone inquiries Research and correct account discrepancies Adhere to operational procedures, internal controls, and risk management policies Deposit Specialist Qualifications High school diploma required with a minimum of 2 years’ client sales and service experience Excellent communication and organizational skills and attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work well with others in a team environment Ability to multi-task Strong knowledge of banking computer software and MS Office Compensation for this position includes a competitive salary and benefits package.
