Product Integrity Specialist

This Product Integrity Specialist role plays a crucial part in safeguarding product safety by evaluating data related to Product Complaints (PC) and Adverse Events (AE). Position Overview The Product Integrity Specialist reviews and manages PC and AE cases, coordinates product retrievals, follows up with clients, and prepares and reviews reconciliation reports. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively within a regulated environment. Key Responsibilities Perform case review for PC and AE cases created by Medical Information to determine required actions. Coordinate product retrievals for select client companies when applicable. Place outbound follow‑up calls to complete Product Complaint reports and gather additional information as requested by the client. Create response letters for Product Complaints as directed by the client. Enter electronic correspondence and run reconciliation reports as needed. Identify new or follow‑up AE and PC details and report to appropriate contacts. Provide administrative support to the Medical Information group, including answering inbound calls and checking voicemails. Maintain and update the Product Integrity inboxes. Perform additional duties as assigned. Essential Skills and Abilities Excellent verbal and written English, with strong proofreading and grammar skills. Knowledge of medical terminology, regulations, and industry standards. Highly proficient in data entry and Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accuracy under tight deadlines. Excellent interpersonal and customer‑service skills with an empathetic approach. Self‑motivated with initiative, adaptability, and a proactive problem‑solving mindset. Team orientation with the ability to work independently. Educational Requirements Pharmacy Technician, Veterinary Technician, Life Science graduate, or other healthcare‑related equivalent. Experience Requirements Minimum 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or data‑entry role. Preferably 1–3 years in the medical or pharmaceutical industry, particularly in Medical/Drug Information, Pharmacovigilance, Product Complaints, and/or Quality Assurance. Work Model Remote work is supported; a hybrid schedule is encouraged for those within a reasonable commute to one of ProPharma’s offices.
