Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our production team in Marshall, MN. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with strong manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and the ability to accurately follow work instructions, procedures, and prints. You will perform precision assembly of electronic components in a quality-focused manufacturing environment. Previous electronics assembly, wiring, or soldering experience is highly preferred and may qualify candidates for a higher starting wage. Requirements: Manual hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination 20/20 Vision with correction; Ability to discern between colors, no color blindness Basic math and manual time tracking for efficiencies Self motivation, good attendance and follow all company policies Read, understand and follow procedures, instructions, prints and write legibly (English) Experience with soldering and electronics component assembly is highly preferred and may increase starting wage Handle occasional pressure with deadlines maintain focus and retain learned processes This position is subject to the ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and/or the EAR (Export Administration Regulations.
