Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:We are seeking an experienced Construction Recruiter to support recruiting and talent acquisition activities for construction-related positions.The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing skills, knowledge of the construction industry, and the ability to identify, screen, and engage qualified candidates.Source and recruit qualified candidates for construction-related positions.Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of skilled construction professionals.Review resumes and conduct candidate screening interviews.Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Utilize job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other sourcing channels to identify candidates.Coordinate interviews and manage candidates throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates.Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.Key Requirements and Technology Experience:Core Must-Have Skills: Construction Industry RecruitingCandidate Sourcing & Pipeline DevelopmentResume Screening & Candidate EvaluationLinkedIn / Job Board SourcingCandidate & Hiring Manager Relationship Management3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within the construction industry.Experience recruiting for construction, engineering, skilled trades, or related positions.Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work onsite in Lubbock, TX.Our client is a leading Construction Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
