Title of Position: Acquisitions Specialist-Used Vehicle Sales Department Reports To: Pre-Owned Vehicle Manager Date Created: February 2026 Summary: The Acquisition Specialist is responsible for acquiring preowned vehicles for the dealership. Job Description: Purchase vehicles from the service drive Private party acquisitions (Facebook, Craigslist, Autotrader, private party, etc.) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: No prior experience required. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work in a team-based environment. At least 18 years of age. Must be able to submit and clean background check.
