Golf Cart Attendant/Pro Shop AttendantWe're looking for a reliable, guest-focused attendant to support both our golf cart operations and pro shop. This dual role keeps you active outdoors prepping carts and connecting with golfers indoors at the shop counter — perfect for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in a well-run course.ResponsibilitiesClean, charge, and stage carts before each round; inspect for damage or mechanical issuesPrepare carts with towels, water, scorecards, tees, and other amenitiesSupport pace-of-play and daily course flow as directed by golf leadershipLoad/unload clubs and bags for members and guestsDirect cart traffic and enforce cart path/course rulesReturn carts to charging stations and report maintenance needsMonitor and maintain cleanliness of the bag drop, cart barn, and staging areasFollow all safety guidelines and club service standardsPro Shop OperationsGreet golfers, check them in, and process tee time reservations and paymentsEnsure golfers have the necessary equipment and supplies for their roundSell and restock merchandise, apparel, and golf equipmentAnswer phone calls and provide information about rates, rules, tee times, and course conditionsKeep the shop and display areas clean, organized, and well-merchandisedHandle basic POS transactions and cash handlingAssist with tournament preparation and events as neededRequirementsFriendly, customer-service-oriented attitudeReliable transportation and willingness to work flexible hours including early mornings, weekends, and holidaysAbility to stand, walk, and lift up to 40-50 lbs (bags, equipment) for extended periodsComfortable working outdoors in varying weatherBasic math and cash-handling skillsPrior golf course, retail, or customer service experience preferred but not requiredBasic computer and point-of sale experience preferredValid driver's license (for cart/vehicle operation)Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
