Join our Courier Service team to be an integral part of delivering precise and reliable laboratory results that impact patient outcomes positively. * This Position will not include any Phlebotomy * * Full time: 40 Hours Per Week (Saturday - Wednesday) * Evenings Shift: 3pm-11:30pm * Position involves transferring lab specimen Overview Preferred Qualifications Role Purpose Performs non-blood and blood specimen collection, specimen handling/routine processing and clerical duties associated with specimen collection. Responsibilities Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
