Responsibilities for an Operations Analyst include but are not limited to:

• Support and administer established operational procedures while ensuring accuracy and compliance with business requirements.

• Perform routine analytics, research, and reporting to identify, investigate, and resolve operational issues.

• Complete exception processing and assist with payment control operations in a fast-paced environment.

• Coordinate the implementation of products, services, and operational solutions while providing guidance on procedural and operational changes.

Candidates for Operations Analyst must meet the following requirements to be considered:

• Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

• Proven ability to work independently, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions to improve business processes.

• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage high work volumes and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.

Pay Details: $23.44 per hour
