Maine Course Hospitality Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Revenue Analyst to support our growing hotel portfolio. Overall Summary of Position This role is responsible for advancing our revenue strategy through precise forecasting, data interpretation, and performance optimization. The Revenue Analyst will play a key role in maximizing room revenue, strengthening market share, and supporting strategic decision‑making across assigned properties. Position Requirements Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment Strong analytical and Excel skills Experience with hotel systems including StayPMS and PEP preferred Strong organization, project‑management skills, and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbally Detail‑oriented with the ability to multi‑task and meet deadlines with minimal supervision Ability to self‑pace, stay focused, and work independently in a hybrid/remote environment, maintaining consistent productivity and engagement throughout the workday Compensation Full-time management position Competitive total compensation package to include: Base salary, bonus program and benefits MCHG is an equal opportunity employer.
