We encourage you to apply so we can help grow your career and give you countless new opportunities!Med Tech Responsibilities:Use established lab protocol to perform laboratory tests and correctly log the results of those testsDetermine specimen validity in a timely mannerInform clients of recollection protocols if a specimen is rejectedIdentify, diagnose and repair issues that may arise with the laboratory equipmentVerify all test results and ensure that they are correctly matched with the specimenLabel and organize all tests appropriately to make sure that they are easily retrievableMed Tech Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology required** or related field ORFor Hew/Hhs - High school graduate or equivalent with 50-week military training as Medical Lab Specialist OR Graduate of an approved Medical Laboratory or Clinical Laboratory training program.1 to 3 years clinical/ hospital laboratory experience preferredAscp certified required**Knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and quality control methodsFamiliarity with laboratory information systems and computer technologyFor immediate consideration for this opportunity, please apply!
