Benefits Medical insurance (after 90 days of continuous full‑time employment) Flexible spending account (offered at the beginning of each year) PTO/Vacation (after 120 days of employment) Tuition reimbursement Industry Training Incentive programs Annual bonus Job Requirements 5+ years experience Be willing, able, and capable of performing all branch job functions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use pallet jacks (or similar equipment) for heavier items Have strong product/industry knowledge Accept and follow all safety rules, policies and procedures Support company goals, missions, and vision Must be a highly motivated, dependable, self‑starter with excellent skills in communication, organization, customer service, and problem solving who thrives in a fast‑paced environment Must have strong sales skills & sales experience with networking ability Must have strong oral and written communication skills Must be able to multi‑task and prioritize responsibilities Have leadership skills and the ability to organize and schedule work assignments to staff personnel Manage any/all personnel, delivery personnel, warehousing, and inventory at that location Must agree to take a pre‑employment physical & drug test Forklift experience is helpful, but not necessary, as successfully passing a training course will be required Must have a clean driving record with dependable transportation Job Duties & Functions All daily store operations Keep a clean, orderly, and professional building, warehouse, merchandising showroom, and grounds. Contact customers/contractors in pursuit of business Maintain contact and friendly relationships with customers and suppliers in an effort to maintain and build upon our favorable company image Must be able to provide efficient and courteous service for all customers which include walk-ins, phone calls, and e‑mails Understand product applications to provide the best selection/solution for customer requirements to select, quote, and sell products.
