Meriwether Godsey está buscando un administrador de servicios públicos / lavaplatos a tiempo parcial en una escuela preparatoria universitaria privada ubicada en Lynchburg, VA. Debe poder trabajar de la siguiente manera: tardes y fines de semana; a más tardar a las 8 pm, excepto en eventos especiales.
Qué harás:
Configurar y operar la máquina lavaplatos para limpiar y desinfectar platos, bandejas, cubiertos, cristalería, ollas y sartenes: raspe, separe y organice los artículos.
Anotar y registrar las temperaturas de la máquina lavaplatos, informando las bajas temperaturas o el mal funcionamiento de la máquina de inmediato.
Transportar suministros relacionados y ayudar en la instalación de áreas de comedor y servicio.
Limpiar las áreas de comedor y servicio durante y después del período de comida y reponga para garantizar un servicio sin interrupciones.
Instalar y usar un fregadero de tres compartimentos para limpiar y desinfectar ollas y sartenes.
Mantener la limpieza y el saneamiento de las áreas de cocina y comedor, incluido el barrido, trapeado de pisos y la eliminación de basura.
Asistir con la recepción y el almacenamiento de productos alimenticios y la preparación de alimentos siguiendo los procedimientos correctos de manipulación de alimentos para garantizar la seguridad de los alimentos.
Realizar todas las tareas de acuerdo con las mejores prácticas de seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento.

Qué necesitas:
Se prefiere 1 año de experiencia previa en lavado de platos
Fuerte ética de trabajo en un entorno acelerado.
Flexibilidad: capacidad de cambiar entre tareas y responsabilidades según sea necesario
Confiabilidad y disposición para trabajar en un ambiente cálido y húmedo.
Capacidad para pararse/moverse durante largos períodos de tiempo y levantar 25 lbs.
Capacidad para cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad y saneamiento de la empresa.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y una gran actitud.
