Caregiver/Home Care Aide

Job Description
Responsibilities

Provide companionship and emotional support
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Grocery shopping and errands
Transportation assistance and accompaniment to appointments
Monitor client well-being and report concerns
Maintain accurate records and documentation
Ensure a safe and comfortable home environment

Work Environment

This position is performed in client residences throughout Southern California. Caregivers provide non-medical support services and do not perform skilled nursing or clinical healthcare procedures.

Requirements
Qualifications

Previous caregiving, home care, customer service, or healthcare experience preferred
Compassionate and professional demeanor
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently
Reliable transportation preferred
Ability to pass background screening requirements
Home Care Aide registration preferred where applicable
