Senior Sales Account Executive – MEP/HVAC Services
Location: Mineola, NY
Job Type: Full-Time | Commercial HVAC | B2B Sales
Dynaire , a Crete United Company, is hiring a Sr Sales Executive to drive growth across service agreements, preventive maintenance contracts, and retrofit projects in the Long Island market. This is a high-impact sales role for a seasoned MEP/HVAC professional with a strong track record of closing commercial service and project contracts.
Only applicants with MEP or HVAC service sales experience will be considered.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop new business and manage existing commercial HVAC accounts
Sell service contracts, preventive maintenance, and retrofit project solutions
Lead RFP responses, proposal development, and bid follow-ups
Build strong relationships with business owners, facilities leaders, and executives
Travel 50%+ to job sites, client offices, and industry events across Long Island and NYC
5+ years of B2B sales in HVAC/MEP/service contracting required
Proven ability to prospect, present, and close in the commercial space
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
Strong communication, CRM (Salesforce), and organizational skills
Competitive base salary up to $130k DOE + uncapped commission and annual bonuses
