Here's what it takes to succeed with us:

• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or distribution experience
• Previous experience operating warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel
• Synapse system experience preferred
• Strong understanding of shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations
• Ability to read and interpret work instructions, shipping documents, and reports
• Leadership and team coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram-based instructions
• Commitment to productivity, quality, and workplace safety

Responsibilities:

• Track employee hours and provide productivity feedback
• Direct and support warehouse employees across assigned accounts
• Coordinate shipping schedules, rework projects, and cycle counts with customer service and operations teams
• Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products safely and efficiently
• Pull and prepare orders for shipment while ensuring order accuracy
• Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse operations
• Assist with rework, repackaging, and inventory control activities
• Support training efforts for warehouse operators and team members
• Conduct cycle counts, double-checks, and physical inventories according to ISO procedures
• Identify and report unsafe working conditions or product concerns
• For food-related accounts, report food safety concerns to management immediately
