Our permits are continuously updated without interruption of legal requirements so that we can provide continuous service.
ETGI is equipped with everything needed to transport waste products. This includes vacuum tank trailers, standard tank trailers, roll-off containers, dump trailers and box van trailers. The success of hauling waste depends on the quality of the equipment. A preventive maintenance program and demanding service standards ensure our equipment is safe, reliable and operable at all times. All preventive maintenance inspections and repairs are performed in the company shop utilizing Maintenance Council-recommended practices and OEM recommendations.
Safety is part of every aspect of ETGI. While safety starts with management, it is each person’s responsibility to approach and complete tasks in the safest possible manner. We have an all-encompassing and evolving safety program that includes: continuous education, FMCSA and OSHA compliance, training and testing, loss control record keeping and analysis, preventative maintenance, industry involvement, outside audits, relationships with local law enforcement, safety awards and weekly safety meetings to ensure that safety is and continues to be paramount at ETGI.

BENEFITS:
PTO – PAID TIME OFF:
PTO may be used for vacation, sick time, or other personal matters. All full-time regular team members are eligible to receive PTO after completing 120 days of employment. PTO is calculated according to the calendar year which begins in January and ends in December. The amount of PTO received each year is based on your length of service and is granted in a lump sum at the beginning of each year determined by the Corporation up to a maximum annual grant as shown below:
First year of employment: 5 days annually during your first year of employment PTO will be prorated based on your hire date
Second year anniversary and beyond: 10 days annually

Holiday: Seven (7) paid holidays.
FREE Life Insurance: Full premium paid by ETGI $15,000 – effective 1st of the month after 90 days
FREE Health Insurance: Horizon BC/BS - ETGI will pay the full premium for all employee and dependent coverage. – effective after 90 days

COMPENSATION:
Local Tractor Trailer Drivers: $27.00/per hour
Regional Tractor Trailer Drivers: $.72/per mile $27.00/hr for local work
Roll Off Drivers: $29.00/per hour

Stop Off Pay: $25.00/stop off
Backhauls: $25.00 pickup/delivery
Breakdowns: $16.00 per hour \t\t
Wait Time: 2 hrs free at pickup/deliver, $20.00/hour after the 2 hrs
Layovers: $75.00 if detained at pickup/delivery
Overnight Money: $30.00 each night out on the road
Expense Money: Driver start up expense money $150.00
Clean DOT Inspection Bonus: $150.00 clean DOT Inspection
Medical Card Renewal: Reimbursement of $100 for medical card renewals
License: Full reimbursement for Hazmat license renewal
TWIC: Full reimbursement for TWIC & 2 hrs. straight time
Cell Phone: $40.00/paid monthly
Quarterly Safety Incentive Bonus: $750 employee incentive
Anniversary Bonus: $1,000 employee incentive
