Team Supervisor – Nancy Page Crisis/IRTS – Minneapolis, MN Full‑time, evening shift (Monday‑Friday 4:00p.m. – 12:30a.m.). Salary: $62,000–$64,500 per year plus a $1,000 hiring bonus for external candidates. Responsibilities Hire, staff and develop assigned employees to provide safe, high‑quality client services consistent with the organization’s culture and values. Support and provide quality client services to meet client needs. Understand and implement program standards (legal, regulatory, billing) and organizational policies to ensure compliance. Take corrective action when standards or policies are not met or at risk of not being met. Analyze financial data and indicators, including program budget, to make sound business decisions that support the program and meet budget targets. Support and promote the organization’s mission, vision, values, policies, procedures, and service standards, ensuring staff understand and integrate them. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field (e.g., social work, psychology, marriage & family therapy) AND at least two years or 4,000 hours of prior experience in the human services field, preferably with individuals with mental‑health symptoms, AND 0–1 year of supervisory or leadership experience or ability to complete L2L training. Or, in lieu of a bachelor’s degree, at least 6,000 hours of experience providing direct mental‑health care service, AND 0–1 year of supervisory or leadership experience or ability to complete L2L training. Preferred Qualifications Current clinical license (LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT) in the State of Minnesota with no restrictions, or current unrestricted LADC license as permitted by program requirements, or proof of such licensure within 60 days of employment.
